Ella's Quilt

I finally quilted my grand-niece's baby quilt.  She is about 7 1/2 months old and is a real cutie!  now to find the binding.

A couple of pin cushions.  I made the second one, green and orange to match the button!

I was looking for a way to use the beautiful clothes pins that Roni gave me and I decided to use them with one of the pretty hangers that Heather gave me.  I think it is a great way to look at blocks in progress. 

 

Below is my new secret pal block!  It is turning out to be more of a calendar quilt then I thought it would but I like it.

Amost finished, BOM from 2012

Our  guild had a wonderful BOM last year.  The due date is this Thursday.  I am hoping to quilt the one top and finish the small applique blocks so the top is done.  Thanks to Heather, who did the desing work on the BOM.  The rules were loose so the quilts are very different and very beautiful.  I am looking forward to seeing everyones next week.  The lighting this morning was not very good this morning but that's all I had.
